UPDATE: We tracked the issue down to a faulty memory managing perl script – so the issue should be fixed. Will keep monitoring performance to be sure.

Heavy Server Usage

We are currently experiencing above normal server usage and this is resulting in slower performance on some sites. Service speed should return to normal shortly.

  UPDATE: Ok… this is looking like a major issue that will affect website availability for several users. 100% of our attention is being given to sorting this out. Updates to follow.
